What’s In The Subscription?

Every 3 months our professional designers will assemble a box that is filled with premium home decor items which are delivered free to your home or office. We strive to find boutique, one-of-a-kind items you won’t find in big box stores. And every box we deliver will be seasonally inspired, ensuring your home is in style year round.

Can I Buy A Single Box?

Yes! Both regular and mini decor boxes are available for individual purchase.

Just select Single Box when asked for subscription type, and we’ll send you just the current season’s decor box without being enrolled in our subscription plan.

Can I Send One As A Gift?

Both our subscription and single boxes can be sent as gifts by specifying a different delivery address during checkout.

During checkout, check the box to indicate it’s a gift. You can also provide a note to be included, as well as the recipient’s shipping address if you want us to ship directly to them.

Can I See What’s In The Box?

Life is full of surprises, and our subscription box is no exception! Think of it as a surprise gift to your future self!

How Does Subscription Billing Work?

When you first subscribe, we will collect payment for the next scheduled delivery. After that, we will bill you quarterly on the 1st of the month in which we ship our boxes (March, June, September, and December).

For example, if you subscribe in June we will collect payment for the current Summer box that is already shipping. Your next billing date would then be September 1 for the Fall box, followed by December 1 for Winter, and so on.

The checkout page will indicate how much is being charged today and when your next payment date will be.

Can I Buy Individual Items?

Yes! Items from past boxes are made available in our online the shop.

Can I Cancel My Subscription Anytime?

Yes, when you subscribe there is no long term commitment. Your subscription will automatically renew every 3 months until you cancel it.

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email and must be received 1 month prior your next renewal to avoid being billed for the next delivery. For example, to avoid being billed for the Winter box which bills on December 1, you must request cancellation no later than November 1.

For yearly subscriptions, refunds are not allowed in the middle of a yearly term. Please contact us to cancel your subscription prior to your annual renewal date.

Is Shipping Included?

Yes, both single and subscription boxes ship for free within the contiguous United States. Boxes delivered to Hawaii and Alaska will incur a surcharge (calculated at checkout).

Free shipping is also included for overstock items within the contiguous United States. A surcharge will be added for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii (calculated at checkout).

At this time boxes and overstock items can only be shipped to addresses in the United States.

Do You Allow Returns?

Returns are only allowed for items which are defective upon delivery. In these cases, a replacement item will be sent to you at no cost. In rare cases, a substitute item of equal value may be sent.

If you find that one of the decor items we send just doesn’t match your style or space, we encourage you to upcycle it by gifting it to friends or family, or donating it to a local charity.

Do You Have a Referral Program!

Yes we do! Our active subscribers can get $10 off their next renewal for each person who signs up for a new home decor subscription!

Just make sure they mention your name on the checkout form, and we’ll take care of applying the $10 credit to your account!
