Subscription Service
Our quarterly subscription plan costs $99, plus shipping and any applicable sales tax, every 3 months.
Our yearly subscription plan costs $92, plus shipping and any applicable sales tax, every 3 months. When you signup for a yearly subscription, you are committing to a full year of boxes (4 total).
When you first subscribe, we will collect payment for the next scheduled delivery. After that, we will bill you quarterly on the 1st of the month in which we mail our boxes.
Our boxes ship in March, June, September, and December.
You must must be an active, paid subscriber by the 1st the month in which we deliver our boxes to receive that quarter’s box. In some cases we can make exceptions depending on availability of boxes. Please contact us to ask.
When you subscribe to a quarterly plan there is no long term commitment. You can cancel anytime after your first box.
When you subscribe to a yearly plan you are committing to 4 total boxes over the course of one year. After your one year term ends, you will automatically renew at the rate of $92 every season until you cancel.
Please note that you must cancel 1 month before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next delivery. For example, to avoid being charged for the Fall delivery box that bills on September 1, you would need to cancel your membership by August 1.
Renewals are processed automatically on March 1, June 1, September 1, and December 1. For failed renewal payments, our payment processor may retry your credit card up to 5 times.

Shipping costs and applicable sales taxes will be calculated at checkout once you have provided a billing and shipping address.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns are only allowed for items which are defective upon delivery. In these cases, a replacement item will be sent to you at no cost. In rare cases, a substitute item of equal value may be sent.
Please note that in some cases, our seasonal decor boxes may contain items of similar value and function than what is displayed on our website or marketing materials. No exchanges will be allowed in this case.
If you find that one of the decor items we send doesn’t match your style or taste, we encourage you to upcycle it by gifting it to friends or family, or donating it to a local charity.
